10 Killer Growth Questions to become a better leader in 2023

To answer how we can be a great leader next year requires us to ask great questions about how we have led in the last year.

As Voltaire said, “judge a man by his questions, not his answers”

And it’s the same with leadership — so what are the questions we ought to ask ourselves about how we led ourselves and others over the last year.

Well, here are 5 to help you break it down:

  1. What can I celebrate about the last year?
  2. What’s working really well in my life right now?
  3. In which area of my life am I struggling the most?
  4. What areas of my life where I feel the most unrest & want to improve?
  5. What’s more important to me now than it was a year ago?
  6. Whose lives did I positively impact over this past year?
  7. How aligned was I with my life’s goal?
  8. What do I want to let go of as I step forward into a new year?
  9. What is the biggest emotional/energy drains in my life?
  10. What are the things that are most life-giving for me in life right now?

I encourage you to sit with those questions — take some time over the holiday period and journal on them and welcome whatever comes up!

For those who really want to commit to being and becoming incredible leaders in 2023 I invite you to sign up to the IGNITION SESSIONS this December and January where I’ll be leading a cohort of ambitious and extraordinary entrepreneurs through powerful reflection and goal setting exercises and frameworks to help you reflect on how you’ve shown up as a leader this year, and where we can be even better in 2023.
